k Our Director I was in a hopeless state of mind.
Mad at God, my parents, society, and living in a bitter past, I was
desperate to find the answer to my addictive behavior. After using
most of the drugs known to man, I finally resorted to “huffing”
carburetor cleaner from AutoZone. They called it “wire” ”. I then
realized that I needed help, and was willing to go to any lengths to
get it. The House Of Isaiah has taught me to “never give up”, and to
be the best that I can be. After completing the program as a role
model client, I decided to stay on another 6 months or more to help
Isiah with the vision God planted in him, and to “give back” by
helping other young men in their battle against drugs & alcohol.

Our founder/Executive Director, Mr. Isiah Robertson, established the
House Of Isaiah in 1989 to provide a safe, drug-free environment.
Mr. Robertson is a former 6-year, All-Pro Linebacker for L.A. Rams
and Buffalo Bills. He believes in rehabilitating the ‘whole man’,
which includes nurturing the Spirit, Mind, and Body. By motivating,
educating, building self-esteem, and teaching positive attitudes, a
person can become a healthy, sober, productive member of society.
Mr. Robertson has taken the same intensity and drive that made him
such a force on the football field and transferred it into the
recovery field. “If you want something you’ve never had, you must be willing to do something you’ve never done. Work hard in your recovery and you WILL be a winner. I guarantee it!”
